Celebrate the beginning of your new life together with a truly unforgettable escape into the heart of Tanzania’s wild south. This 5-day luxury honeymoon safari whisks you away from the beaches of Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam to the remote and enchanting Ruaha National Park—a land of giant baobabs, roaming elephants, and roaring lions. Stay in style at Asanja Ruaha, an intimate tented camp offering total seclusion, private guided safaris, and romantic touches like bush dinners and sunset toasts. With scenic flights, expert guides, and immersive game drives, this honeymoon is the perfect blend of adventure and romance.
Your honeymoon adventure begins with a scenic bush flight from Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam to Iringa at 10:30 AM, where your private guide awaits. As you drive into Ruaha National Park, the wild opens up with sightings of giraffes, antelopes, elephants, and maybe even big cats along the way.
Arrive at Asanja Ruaha, your luxurious camp tucked beside the river, and enjoy a special welcome with chilled drinks and a romantic setup. Relax, unwind, and enjoy dinner under the stars.
Set out early for a full day of game driving across Ruaha’s vast terrain. Known for its low visitor numbers and high predator density, Ruaha offers intimate encounters with lions, leopards, elephants, and large buffalo herds.
Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch in a scenic spot and return to camp in the golden afternoon light. Tonight, toast to your love with a sundowner setup and enjoy a candlelit dinner just for two.
Get even closer to nature with a thrilling walking safari led by expert trackers. You’ll follow footprints, learn about animal behavior, and discover the small wonders of the bush—perfect for adventurous couples.
In the afternoon, relax at camp with some private time, or request a romantic bush lunch prepared by the chef. This is your time to enjoy the peace and solitude that makes Ruaha so magical.
Enjoy your final game drive this morning—your guide will tailor the route to give you the best chance of spotting any species you haven’t seen yet. In the evening, visit a nearby Maasai village to learn about local traditions, music, and culture—an enriching and memorable way to connect with Tanzania’s human heritage.
End your evening with a private honeymoon dinner at the camp, specially prepared to celebrate your last night in the wild.
Enjoy a final bush breakfast and one last short game drive as you make your way to Iringa. From there, board your return flight, hearts full of joy, memories, and love.

Posted on Road37362608253Verified Kilimanjaro Last year, my husband and I did one of the most amazing adventure of our lives - we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro! It was a dream we had for a long time, and finally making it to the top was something we’ll never forget. The climb was challenging and we did reach the summit definitely thank to our awesome guides. Without them and the rest of the crew, we wouldn't have made it! Our team was amazing, they were all so kind, patient and experienced - they truly made all the difference. They knew when to push us and when to let us rest. They kept us motivated and safe, and always had a smile or a joke ready to lift our spirits. If you're thinking about doing something epic - go for it! Kilimanjaro tested us, inspired us and gave us memories we’ll carry forever.Posted on Sara AVerified Mount Meru Dream Just got back from climbing Mount Meru in Tanzania, and wow — what a trip. This experience will stay with me forever. Mount Meru isn’t as famous as Kilimanjaro and honestly it was super cool. No other tourists, way more peace, and still a crazy beautiful and challenging climb. It’s 4,566 meters high, so it’s no joke, but the route is stunning from start to finish. We started in thick rainforest, surrounded by monkeys and birds, then climbed into alpine more landscapes with insane views. The summit day was tough but also not so tough, de arrived to the top just as the sun came up.. Unreal. Kilimanjaro off in the distance, clouds below us, golden light everywhere. It felt like another planet. The team I had, Amos and his guys, were absolute stars. Super friendly, knew every inch of the mountain, and kept the vibes high even when my legs were screaming. Always keeping me safe and confident. If you’re thinking of climbing in Tanzania, wether mount Meru or Kilimanjaro, well I can’t recommend this team enough. Beautiful experienced human beings. They will make sure you have the best time! Missing Tanzania a lot already!Posted on Bruno JVerified The best experience in kilimanjaro Me and my wife did the kilimanjaro treck with them and it was the best week!
